为了提高考核自动机工作可靠性的效率,节约物理样机实弹射击试验成本,提出了电机驱动式自动机的概念,重点对传动系统进行了设计。以某导气式自动机为试验对象,利用Solidworks和ADAMS软件建立了电机驱动式自动机传动系统的虚拟样机模型,通过比较仿真结果与物理样机实测数据,证明了所建虚拟样机的可信性,从而从理论上证明了该套系统的可行性,为进一步的设计工作提供了依据。

To improve the assessment efifciency of operation reliability of automatic mechanism, and save the cost ofifring physical prototype, the concept of dynamoelectric automatic mechanism was put forward,and the transmission system was designed emphatically. With the automatic mechanism of gas-operated weapon as the research object, the virtual prototype of transmission system of dynamoelec-tric automatic mechanism was established based on Solidworks and ADAMS. By the comparison between simulation results and test data of physical prototype test, the creditability of the virtual prototype was validated, thus the feasibility of this system in theory was proved. The research results provided the base for further design work.
