箱体折弯机是机械加工中对板材进行折弯加工成箱体的一种基本设备,而液压技术在装备制造业的诸多领域中起着重要作用,推动装备制造业不断发展。本文主要对箱体折弯机的液压系统进行分析和研究,用Fluid SIM软件进行折弯加工过程的建模、仿真,实时显示和控制回路的动作,及时发现液压系统中存在的问题。

The bending machine is a kind of basic equipment for box bending on sheet metal processing. Hydraulic technology in many areas of the equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in promoting the development. Hydraulic system on the box bending machine was analyzed and researched. Modeling and simulating of bending process were provided by using software of FluidSIM, which could achieve the display, control circuit and discover the existing problems in the hydraulic system.
