目的：观察膀胱过度活动症（ OAB）患者及健康人膀胱俞穴、下合穴与肾俞及外关穴的红外辐射温度特征，为经穴脏腑相关及穴位特异性提供科学依据。方法：以88例健康志愿者为对照，比较86例OAB患者的膀胱俞、肾俞、委中穴、外关穴的红外辐射温度，分析健康人和膀胱过度活动状态下各穴位的差异性；采用自身对照的研究方法，比较分析膀胱俞与肾俞红外辐射穴位差异性。结果：健康志愿者组与OAB组观察穴位左右两侧红外辐射温度均无明显差异（ P＞0．05）；OAB组膀胱俞的红外辐射温度明显低于健康志愿者（P＜0．05）；两组间外关穴、肾俞、委中穴红外辐射温度比较无差异（P＞0.05）；健康志愿者组中膀胱俞与肾俞的红外辐射温度无明显差异（ P＞0．05）；OAB组中膀胱俞的红外辐射温度较肾俞低（P＜0．05）。结论：在红外辐射温度方面，膀胱的腧穴与膀胱经气相关特异性优于膀胱下合穴、膀胱表里脏腑的背俞穴及与膀胱非直接相关穴位。
목적：관찰방광과도활동증（ OAB）환자급건강인방광유혈、하합혈여신유급외관혈적홍외복사온도특정，위경혈장부상관급혈위특이성제공과학의거。방법：이88례건강지원자위대조，비교86례OAB환자적방광유、신유、위중혈、외관혈적홍외복사온도，분석건강인화방광과도활동상태하각혈위적차이성；채용자신대조적연구방법，비교분석방광유여신유홍외복사혈위차이성。결과：건강지원자조여OAB조관찰혈위좌우량측홍외복사온도균무명현차이（ P＞0．05）；OAB조방광유적홍외복사온도명현저우건강지원자（P＜0．05）；량조간외관혈、신유、위중혈홍외복사온도비교무차이（P＞0.05）；건강지원자조중방광유여신유적홍외복사온도무명현차이（ P＞0．05）；OAB조중방광유적홍외복사온도교신유저（P＜0．05）。결론：재홍외복사온도방면，방광적수혈여방광경기상관특이성우우방광하합혈、방광표리장부적배유혈급여방광비직접상관혈위。
Objective:Compare the infrared radiation temperature of bladder Shu point , Xiahe point , BL23 , and SJ5 among Overactive Bladder ( OAB ) patients with those of healthy people , and evaluate the differences between these in two groups .The evaluations of the differences between various points provided a scientific evi-dence for organs-meridian theory and acupoint specificity .Methods:Collect infrared radiation temperature of acupoints ( BL28 , BL23 , BL40 and SJ5 ) in 88 cases of OAB patients and 86 cases of healthy people .Compare the infrared radiation temperature of BL28, BL23, BL40 and SJ5 in OAB patients with those of healthy people , and evaluate the acupoints specificity in different physical states .Through the self-control study method , ana-lyze the differences among the infrared radiation temperature of BL 28 and BL23 in OAB patients.Results:In two groups, the infrared radiation temperatures of BL23, BL28, BL40 and SJ5 in two lateral were similar (P>0.05 );the infrared radiation temperatures of BL 28 in OAB patients were lower than those of healthy people ( P<0.05);the infrared radiation temperatures of BL 23, BL40 and SJ5 between two groups had no significant difference ( P>0 .05 );among healthy people , the infrared radiation temperatures of BL 23 and BL28 were simi-lar ( P>0.05 );among OAB patients, the infrared radiation temperatures of BL 28 were lower than those of BL23 ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:The infrared temperatures of bladder Shu point are related to the dysfunction of bladder Qi , and it is more sensitive than Bladder Xiahe point ,kidney Shu point and other points which are indi-rectly related to bladder .
