针对CBRN事故中的毒气泄漏场景进行研究,采用SLAB模型模拟有毒气体的泄漏扩散,并给出模拟流程。以山东某企业光气泄漏灾害应急疏散项目为例,计算不同风速和泄漏孔径的毒气泄漏的最远扩散距离、到达时间与持续时间。通过模拟获得有毒气体浓度的时间空间分布数据,得出致死区、重伤区和轻伤分区的范围变化情况。证明随时间的推移,光气不断向下风向扩散。最后通过系统设计与程序运算,实现了事故信息的获取、划定事故影响区域和疏散范围以及对疏散人口进行预测的目的。有毒气体扩散模拟与区域疏散分析对于合理制定针对CBRN事故的应急疏散方案具有重要意义。

For gas leak in CBRN accident , the SLAB model is to used to simulated the leakage and diffusion of tox-ic gas, and the specific process of gas diffusion simulation is given , which can provide a basis for regional evacua-tion analysis .Taking the emergency evacuation project of a Shandong enterprise group in phosgene leak disaster as an example , the furthest diffusion distance , arrival time and duration were calculated in gas leak accidents with dif-ferent wind speeds and aperture leak respectively .Time and space distribution data of toxic gas concentration were obtained by diffusion simulation , and then the changing of lethal area , seriously injured and slightly injured area were obtained.Phosgene was proved to spread down the wind direction continuously .Finally, through system de-sign and procedures operation , the accident information acquisition was achieved , and the affected area and evacu-ation area were delineated on the road network , as well as prediction of population size of evacuation was achieved . The diffusion simulation of toxic gas and analysis of regional evacuation has great significance to in decision making of emergency evacuation plan for CBRN incidents .
