目的：探讨临时心脏起搏器在心脏疾病患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法回顾为34例外科心动过缓、房室传导阻滞者在术前置入临时心脏起搏器。结果置入临时心脏起搏器后所有患者均顺利完成麻醉和外科手术。结论为心动过缓、房室传导阻滞者在行外科手术前置入临时心脏起搏器，不仅可提高麻醉、手术的安全性，也能降低围手术期严重心律失常和心源性猝死的发生率。
目的：探討臨時心髒起搏器在心髒疾病患者圍手術期中的應用價值。方法迴顧為34例外科心動過緩、房室傳導阻滯者在術前置入臨時心髒起搏器。結果置入臨時心髒起搏器後所有患者均順利完成痳醉和外科手術。結論為心動過緩、房室傳導阻滯者在行外科手術前置入臨時心髒起搏器，不僅可提高痳醉、手術的安全性，也能降低圍手術期嚴重心律失常和心源性猝死的髮生率。
목적：탐토림시심장기박기재심장질병환자위수술기중적응용개치。방법회고위34예외과심동과완、방실전도조체자재술전치입림시심장기박기。결과치입림시심장기박기후소유환자균순리완성마취화외과수술。결론위심동과완、방실전도조체자재행외과수술전치입림시심장기박기，불부가제고마취、수술적안전성，야능강저위수술기엄중심률실상화심원성졸사적발생솔。
Objective To explore the application value of temporary cardiac pacemaker during operation period of Wei heart disease patients.Methods 34 cases of surgery for Heartbeat bradycardia,atrioventricular block in patients who lead into temporary cardiac pacemaker.Results the placement of temporary cardiac pacemaker after al patients were successful y completed surgery,anesthesia and operation.Conclusion Heartbeat bradycardia,A -V block in the surgical operation front into temporary pacemaker,not only can improve the safety of anesthesia,opera-tion,also can reduce the perioperative incidence of serious cardiac arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death during operation.
