目的：观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期 NSCLC 的临床效果，探讨提高治疗 NSCLC 临床疗效的方法。方法选择诊断为晚期 NSCLC 患者120例，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用多西紫杉醇＋顺泊治疗，观察组在以上治疗的基础上，加用艾迪注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗2个疗程后临床疗效、生活质量（Kamofsky 评分）和毒副反应情况。结果观察组与对照组在临床疗效方面比较，无显著性差异（P ＞0．05）；在治疗后生活质量及毒副反应方面比较，具有（高度）统计学意义（P ＜0．05，P ＜0．01）。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期 NSCLC，可改善患者生活质量，减轻毒副反应，增强患者对化疗的耐受性，提高对化疗的依从性。
목적：관찰애적주사액연합화료치료만기 NSCLC 적림상효과，탐토제고치료 NSCLC 림상료효적방법。방법선택진단위만기 NSCLC 환자120례，수궤균분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용다서자삼순＋순박치료，관찰조재이상치료적기출상，가용애적주사액치료。비교량조환자치료2개료정후림상료효、생활질량（Kamofsky 평분）화독부반응정황。결과관찰조여대조조재림상료효방면비교，무현저성차이（P ＞0．05）；재치료후생활질량급독부반응방면비교，구유（고도）통계학의의（P ＜0．05，P ＜0．01）。결론애적주사액연합화료치료만기 NSCLC，가개선환자생활질량，감경독부반응，증강환자대화료적내수성，제고대화료적의종성。
objective to observe the eddy injection for treatment of advanced NSCLC with combination chemotherapy,clinical curative ef ect of the treatment of NSCLC are discussed. Methods select 120 cases diagnosed as late -stage NSCLC patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group treated with docetaxel +suitable berth,observation group on the basis of the above treatment,and treatment with eddy injection.Compare two groups of patients after 2 courses of clinical ef icacy,quality of life (Kamofsky score)and adverse re-action.Results the observation group compared with control group in the aspect of clinical curative ef ect,no significant dif erence (P >0.05);After treatment the quality of life and adverse reaction of comparison,(level)statistical significance (P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion eddy injection combined with chemotherapy treatment of advanced NSCLC,can improve the patients quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,enhance patients tolerance to chemotherapy and improve the compliance of chemotherapy.
