$目的：观察原发性三叉神经痛患者应用吡柔比星行神经鞘膜内注射治疗后的临床疗效。方法选择2007-12～2010-7间中国人民解放军第264医院口腔科原发性三叉神经痛患者700例，其中男性356例，女性344例，均采用手术显露神经支后行鞘膜内注射吡柔比星。并在术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后12个月及术后24个月分别对患者进行口头数字化分级表（VNRS）评估。结果将术后四个时间段记录的VNRS分数，分别与术前VNRS分数进行比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。而术后四个时间段记录的VNRS分数相互之间无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。结论神经鞘膜内注射吡柔比星治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效明显。
$목적：관찰원발성삼차신경통환자응용필유비성행신경초막내주사치료후적림상료효。방법선택2007-12～2010-7간중국인민해방군제264의원구강과원발성삼차신경통환자700례，기중남성356례，녀성344례，균채용수술현로신경지후행초막내주사필유비성。병재술전、술후1주、술후1개월、술후12개월급술후24개월분별대환자진행구두수자화분급표（VNRS）평고。결과장술후사개시간단기록적VNRS분수，분별여술전VNRS분수진행비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。이술후사개시간단기록적VNRS분수상호지간무통계학차이（P＞0．05）。결론신경초막내주사필유비성치료원발성삼차신경통림상료효명현。
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of intrathecal administration of Pirarubicin on primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Seven hundred patients who had primary tri-geminal neuralgia were involved in this study.After exposing the nerves,Pirarubicinwasinjected by intrathecal administration.The patients themselves evaluated the verbal numerical rating scale (VNRS)scoresbefore the surgeon and 1 week,1 month,12 months,24 months after surgeon.Results By comparing VNRS scores of four times after surgeon with before the surgeon respectively, there was statistical diference(P<0.05).But among the four times,there was no diference(P>0.05).Conclusion Applying Pirarubicin to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia by intrathecal ad-ministration can achieve significant clinical performance.
