目的：观察中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例患儿随机分为两组，实验组和对照组。每组30人。两组患者的年龄性别身体特征无明显差异。两组患者首先都应用利巴韦林、清热解毒口服液，然后对实验组的30名患者增加去刺的仙人掌、冰片，搅碎伴水调匀后敷在腮腺处。经过一个疗程的治疗后，观察两组患者的情况。结果：实验组的治愈率好于对照组，且无任何副作用。结论：中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎比单纯西药治疗疗效显著。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료류행성시선염적림상료효。방법：장60례환인수궤분위량조，실험조화대조조。매조30인。량조환자적년령성별신체특정무명현차이。량조환자수선도응용리파위림、청열해독구복액，연후대실험조적30명환자증가거자적선인장、빙편，교쇄반수조균후부재시선처。경과일개료정적치료후，관찰량조환자적정황。결과：실험조적치유솔호우대조조，차무임하부작용。결론：중서의결합치료류행성시선염비단순서약치료료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical ef ect on the treatment of mumps in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.Each group of 30 people.No significant dif erence in age and sex body characteristics of the two patient groups.Two groups of patients first of al Leigh Bhave Lin,Qingrejiedu oral liquid,and 30 patients in the experimental group increased the cactus,borneol to stab,minced with water and then deposited in the parotid gland.After a course of treatment,observation of two groups of patients.Results:the cure rate of experimental group is bet er than control group,and without any side ef ects.Conclusion:combining tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of epidemic parotitis than simple western medicine therapy significantly ef ect.
