目的：研究泻黄散加味治疗小儿胃炎疗效的临床研究。方法：将40例符合研究条件的小儿慢性胃炎患者列入临床观察表，于治疗前后均按照观察表中所列的项目进行检查，并如实详细记录所有检查结果，于疗程结束后进行对比观察。结果：治疗组患儿胃炎病情治疗效果明显优于对照组；胃炎症状消失时间和用药治疗总时间明显短于对照组；两组患儿均未出现药物不良反应。结论：应用泻黄散随证加减方案对患有胃炎的患儿实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

목적：연구사황산가미치료소인위염료효적림상연구。방법：장40례부합연구조건적소인만성위염환자렬입림상관찰표，우치료전후균안조관찰표중소렬적항목진행검사，병여실상세기록소유검사결과，우료정결속후진행대비관찰。결과：치료조환인위염병정치료효과명현우우대조조；위염증상소실시간화용약치료총시간명현단우대조조；량조환인균미출현약물불량반응。결론：응용사황산수증가감방안대환유위염적환인실시치료적림상효과비상명현。
Objective:clinical study in the treatment of gastritis in children ef icacy Xiehuang powder.Methods:40 cases of pediatric chronic gastritis patients included in the clinical ob-servation table,before and after the treatment are listed in the table according to the observation of projects are examined,and truthful y record al inspection results,after the end of treatment were observed and compared to.Results:the treatment of the disease in children with gastritis treated group was bet er than the control group;gastritis symptom disappearance time and treatment time was shorter than the control group;adverse drug reactions were not found in two groups of children.Conclusion:the application of Xiehuang powder addition and subtraction with the card scheme with gastritis in children with the implementation of clinical treatment ef ect is very obvious.
