技工院校计算机教学既要适应科技的发展和社会的需求，又要贴近现阶段技校生自身素质，以实现教育目标，由此必须进行改革。计算机应用与维修专业的改革应以“各有所长、各尽所能”为基本原则，逐步建立“掌握基础，实践为主，重点突破”的教学模式。文章拟以天津市机电工艺学院为例，对“计算机应用与维修专业系统化人才培养方案的研究与探索”作一浅述。

Computer teachings in mechanics colleges not only has to adapt to the development of science and technology and meet the social needs ,but also press close to the self -quality of industrial school students at present stage to achieve educational goals ,and it must be reformed .Reform of com-puter applications and maintenance specialty should take “each possessing strong points ,everyone doing his best”as the basic principle ,and gradually establish a teaching mode that “mastering the basic knowl-edge ,practice-oriented ,breaking through key points”.This paper is intended to take Tianjin Institute of Mechanical& Electrical Technology as an example ,make a shallow description on “systematic talent cultivation program in computer application and maintenance specialty” .
