目的：观察穴位注射球后、视区治疗小儿脑瘫皮质盲的效果，寻找治疗小儿皮质盲的治疗方法。方法：采用维生素 B1、B12配置液，穴位为双侧视区、球后，注射后按压3分钟止血，每周治疗三次，十次一个疗程，治疗三个疗程评估。结果：观察18例，痊愈10例，有效1例，其中无效7例，其中9例第一个疗程见效。结论：通过穴位注射治疗皮质盲有确切效果。
目的：觀察穴位註射毬後、視區治療小兒腦癱皮質盲的效果，尋找治療小兒皮質盲的治療方法。方法：採用維生素 B1、B12配置液，穴位為雙側視區、毬後，註射後按壓3分鐘止血，每週治療三次，十次一箇療程，治療三箇療程評估。結果：觀察18例，痊愈10例，有效1例，其中無效7例，其中9例第一箇療程見效。結論：通過穴位註射治療皮質盲有確切效果。
목적：관찰혈위주사구후、시구치료소인뇌탄피질맹적효과，심조치료소인피질맹적치료방법。방법：채용유생소 B1、B12배치액，혈위위쌍측시구、구후，주사후안압3분종지혈，매주치료삼차，십차일개료정，치료삼개료정평고。결과：관찰18례，전유10례，유효1례，기중무효7례，기중9례제일개료정견효。결론：통과혈위주사치료피질맹유학절효과。
Objective:The ef ect of the acupuncture point injection,including retrobulbar injection and visual area injection,and look for treatments to treat child cortical blindness.Methods:Conduct the retrobulbar injection and the visual area injection,using Vitamin B1 Injection and Vitamin B12 Injection,then press to stop bleeding for 5 minutes.Treatment three times a week,ten times as a course,and make an assessment three courses.Result:There were 18 patients,of which ten were cured,one was treated ef ectively,seven were treated inef ectively,and there were 9 patients were treated ef ectively in the first course.Conclusion:The acupuncture point injection can achieve satisfactory ef ect in treatment of child cortical blindness.
