目的：观察护理干预对输卵管结扎术患者围术期的影响.方法：在本院接受输卵管结扎术的计划生育对象320例,随机分成两组,观察组168例,在围术期进行护理干预,对照组152例,按传统的常规护理,比较两组术中、术后疼痛的程度,术后起床活动的时间.结果：观察组术中Ⅰ级疼痛,在手术中配合良好占60．7％,Ⅲ级疼痛,叫嚷,不能合作占11．9％；对照组Ⅰ级疼痛占23．7％,Ⅲ级疼痛占42．8％,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05).观察组术后患者自觉疼痛可以忍受占91．1％,对照组67．8％,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05).且观察组术后起床活动更早.结论：围术期良好的护理干预能减轻受术者的心理紧张,配合医生顺利完成手术,术后康复快.

Objective:To observe the ef ect of nursing intervention of perioperative patients with ligation of fal opian tube.Methods:In our hospital for tubal ligation family planning object in 320 cases.were randomly divided into two groups.the observation group of 1 68 cases.Nursing intervention during the perioperative period.152 cases of the control group.according to the conventional nursing care.compared two groups of patients.postoperative pain,postoperative bed activity time.Result:Observation of grade Ⅰ pain group operation.in the operation with good accounted for 60.7%.grade Ⅲ pain.shouting.cannot cooperate accounted for 1 1.9%.the control group Ⅰ Ⅲ pain pain accounted for 23.7%.accounted for 42.8%.there was significant dif erence between the two groups (P<0.05).The patients in the observa-tion group patients perceived pain can endure accounted for 91.1%.67.8% in the control group.there was significant dif erence between the two groups (P<0.05).And the patients in the observation group get up earlier.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention period good can reduce the subject’s mental tension.with a doctor after the operation smoothly.faster postoperative recovery.
