目的：了解独立学院本科护生对护理专业课程设置及教学条件的需求，以更好提高三本护生的教学质量。方法：采用调查问卷的方法，对新疆医科大学厚博学院护理专业一至三年级护生、民汉6个班305人进行调查。结果：不同年级护生对课程设置的需求不同，三个年级的护生在教学条件的需求调查中，在教学内容、手段、条件、实践、技术操作五个方面存在差异，具有统计学意义，且表现为一年级护生评价最高，三年级护生对教学条件评价最低。结论：独立学院三本护生要加强实践能力、拓展学生创新能力，逐步缩小与二本护生的差距，促进更好的就业。

목적：료해독립학원본과호생대호리전업과정설치급교학조건적수구，이경호제고삼본호생적교학질량。방법：채용조사문권적방법，대신강의과대학후박학원호리전업일지삼년급호생、민한6개반305인진행조사。결과：불동년급호생대과정설치적수구불동，삼개년급적호생재교학조건적수구조사중，재교학내용、수단、조건、실천、기술조작오개방면존재차이，구유통계학의의，차표현위일년급호생평개최고，삼년급호생대교학조건평개최저。결론：독립학원삼본호생요가강실천능력、탁전학생창신능력，축보축소여이본호생적차거，촉진경호적취업。
Objective:To understand the students and teaching conditions for nursing specialty courses needs support independent col ege,in order to improve the teaching quality of three nursing students.Methods:By using the method of questionnaire,to HouBo Col ege of Xinjiang Medical University nursing profession one to the third grade students,the 6 classes were used to survey 305.Result:Of nurse students in dif erent grades curriculum have dif erent needs,three grades of nursing students in the teaching conditions demand survey,in the teaching content,method,condition,practice,technology and operation of the five dif erences,with statistical significance,and is the first grade nursing students'evaluation of teaching students the highest,condition evaluation the lowest the third grade nursing. Conclusion:Three the independent col ege nursing students to enhance practical ability,to develop the students ability of innovation,and gradual y narrow the gap between the two nursing students,promote employment.
