当前国内高校普遍存在的“重理论、轻实践”的教学模式导致所培养的人才素质与企业对人才的实际要求差距较大,大学毕业生无法找到合适工作的现象令人深思。面对来自海内外教育机构的激烈竞争、生源萎缩等困境,确立以培养应用型人才为目标已成为越来越多高等院校尤其是民办高等院校的重要出路。燕京理工学院国际商学院通过对市场营销专业进行重新定位,率先推行市场营销学课程教学改革,大胆尝试模拟教学,让学生在做中学,由“静”变“动”,全面提升学生的创新思维和综合素质,以破解专业人才供需质量不匹配的尴尬境遇。

The model of teaching “focus on theory ,lack in practical experience”,which are widely used in China higher edu-cation institutions,it has led to the apparent gap existing in the high quality talents cultivated by colleges and universities and the actual talent needed by companies.The phenomenon make us thought-provoking that graduates are unable to find suitable jobs.Facing the plight such as fierce competition from domestic and overseas educational institutions,the shrinking of the students and so on,the target of training applied talent has become an important path for more and more higher education insti-tutions especially civilian-run colleges and universities.International business institution of Yanching instistute of technology through repositioning the marketing professional,push the curriculum reform firstly,boldly try simulation teaching,let students learn by doing,adjust students from static to dynamic,overall improve on creative thinking and comprehensive quality of students,in order to breakthrough the awkward situation that the talents cultivated in colleges and universities cannot match with the talents demanded by companies in quality.
