为了研究功能梯度热障涂层(TBC)热应力问题,改进了交错格点型有限体积方法(SCV-FVM)。运用交错网格技术,待解变量定义在单元节点上,物性参数定义在单元中心上。计算功能梯度圆盘的应力场,结果与理论解吻合良好,验证方法的正确性。通过与有限元结果及高阶功能梯度理论( HOTFGM)结果对比发现,SCV-FVM可以有效避免物性参数变化引起的人工数值不连续。研究功能梯度TBC热应力问题,分析涂层厚度变化对热应力场的影响,通过与ANSYS计算结果对比验证数值模拟的正确性。

In order to analyze the thermoelastic performance of a thermal barrier coating with a functionally graded material ( FGM) layer, the staggered grid finite volume method ( SCV-FVM) has been developed. The staggered grid technique was adopted by defining variables at the vertex and material properties at the cell center. SCV-FVM was applied to predict the stress of an FGM disk. The results agree well with the theoretical solution which validates its accuracy. The comparisons between the results from SCV-FVM, the conventional finite element method and the higher order theory functionally graded method ( HOTFGM) show that SCV-FVM can avoid the stress discontinuity caused by the change in the matter parameters. The thermoelastic performance of functionally graded TBC was in-vestigated. The obtained results are consistent with the ANSYS results which validates the simulations. The effects of the thickness have been discussed.
