目的：观察子午流注针法联合针刀疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：将80例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用子午流注针法联合针刀疗法治疗。结果：治疗组显效34例，有效3例，无效3例，有效率占92.50%；对照组显效29例，有效4例，无效7例，有效率占82.50%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：运用子午流注针法联合针刀疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎，可提高临床疗效，值得推广。

목적：관찰자오류주침법연합침도요법치료강직성척주염적료효。방법：장80례강직성척주염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조급여상규서약치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용자오류주침법연합침도요법치료。결과：치료조현효34례，유효3례，무효3례，유효솔점92.50%；대조조현효29례，유효4례，무효7례，유효솔점82.50%。량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：운용자오류주침법연합침도요법치료강직성척주염，가제고림상료효，치득추엄。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with knife-needle therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:80 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated routinely with western medicine,while the treatment group were given Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with knife-needle therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Results:In the treatment group,34 excellence cases,3 effective cases and 3 invalid cases,the effective rate being 92.50%;In the control group,29 excellence cases,4 effective cases and 7 invalid cases,the effective rate being 82.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis by Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with knife-needle therapy can be improved,worthy of being promoted.
