Based on the premise of automatic programming software technology application,in fan blade parts,for example,mainly expounds the Pro/E and PowerMILL software in the speciifc application in the process of NC machining. Simply describes the Pro/E modeling process of blade,detailed elaborated the PowerMILL software for fan blade parts from process parameters and processing strategy to simulation and post processing of automatic programming process of the program.According to the actual processing,the use of automatic programming software,at the same time,to improve the quality of the product processing parts to shorten the manufacturing cycle.
