护患纠纷是指护士与患者及患者家属之间因为某种原因出现争执的现象。大家知道护理工作是医疗保健卫生工作的重要组成部分，在疾病预防、治疗和康复的过程中起着重要作用。近年来，随着相关法律、法规的相继出台和人们法律意识的增强，人们对健康的重视程度不断提高，对医疗需求和期望值也随之提高。这样就对护理人员的职业道德、技术水平和服务质量提出了更高的要求。近年来护患纠纷呈上升的趋势，给护理人员造成沉重的心理负担，甚至身体损伤。本文将根据这几年笔者在神经内科的临床护理工作中的体会，具体探讨护患纠纷产生的原因，同时提出了一些避免护患纠纷的措施，从而以利于更好的完成医院大量的护理工作。

Refers to nurse dispute between nurses and patients and patients families because of some reason,the phenomenon of the dispute.Everyone know that nursing is an important part of medical health work,in the process of disease prevention,treatment and rehabilitation plays an important role.In recent years,with the relevant laws and regulations of releasing and the people law consciousness en-hancement,the continuous increasing of people's emphasis on health of medical demand and expectation increases.Thus the nurses'professional ethics,technical level and service quality put forward higher re-quirements.Nurse disputes in recent years shows ascendant trend,on the nursing staf's psychological burden,even physical injury.In this paper,according to the years I in neurology clinical nursing work ex-perience,specific to explore the causes of dispute of nurses and patients,and puts forward several measures to avoid dispute of nurses and patients,so as to facilitate better do a lot of hospital care.
