股骨头坏死（ osteonecrosis of the femoral head，ONFH）是一类致残性的疾病，但是我们对它的发病机理却所知甚少。随着研究的多样化，不断有学者提出新的治疗方案，以及改进现有治疗方法。一些非手术治疗也显示出了它独特的优势，但非手术治疗的前提仍需要依靠早期对ONFH诊断，而早期的ONFH患者在出现塌陷前往往没有任何症状。因此绝大多数ONFH患者仍需要各种手术进行治疗。本文着重对其现临床上常使用的手术治疗方法进行总结，并综述如下。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a debilitating disease, but we know little of its pathogenesis .With the development of researches, some scholars put forward new treatments, and improve existing treatments.Non-surgical treatment also shows its unique advantages, but it stil need to rely on the premise of non-operative therapy on early diagnosis of ONFH, and early ONFH patients often have no symptoms before femoral head col apse.So the vast majority of ONFH patients stil need to al kinds of surgical treatments.Here is to make a review on its clinical commonly used surgical treatments , and summarizes as fol ows.
