目的:通过对潍坊市4家三甲医院急诊科120名护士的心理调查,了解急诊科护理人员的心理障碍,探讨提出相应措施来解决这些心理问题。方法:应用症状自评量表-90(SCL-90)对潍坊市4家三甲医院120名急诊科护士进行心理评定,确定护士的心理状况,得出各种症状群的评分,和国内常模比较。并分别对焦虑和强迫因子进行比较。结果:急诊科120名护士的SCL-90因子总分和9个因子分值均高于国内常模( P﹤0.01),对焦虑和敌对因子进行比较,发现年龄是影响因子分值最重要因素,随着年龄增加,焦虑和强迫因子的分值逐渐降低(P﹤0.01)。结论:急诊科护士普遍存在心理问题,而通过年龄的增加、技术水平提高、职称的升高、收入的增加来改善护士的心理问题。

Objective:To investigate 120 nurses working in the emergency department of 4 Grade III Class A hospitals in Weifang city and understand the current situation of the psychological disorders of the nurses in order to put forward the corresponding measures to solve these psychological problems. Methods:The symptom checklist -90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the mental health of these 120 nurses and determine their psychological status. The scores of various symptoms were achieved and compared with the national norm. Results:The total scores of SCL-90 of 120 nurses and the scores of 9 factors were higher than the national norm(P﹤0. 01);age was the most impor-tant factor to influence the values of factors in the comprison of anxiety and hostility factors,the values of anxiety,obsession and compulsion factors decreased as age increased(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:The nurses in the emergency department generally have psychological problems and the problems can be solved by adopting comprehensive measures.
