临床医学院不断扩招，临床见习基地紧缺，见习效果无法保证。为探索适合医学生教育特点的临床见习模式，提高医学生临床思维能力，某医学院对传统临床见习模式进行改革探索，安排医学生选择生源地医院开展为期2周的临床见习。通过问卷调查了解见习效果，结果显示医学见习生的临床思维能力得到了全面提高，教学效果良好。证实生源地医院见习模式适合医学生临床见习，为探索新的临床见习模式提供了理论依据。

Clinical medical col ege enrol ment expansion and shortage of clinical practice base, practice effect cannot be guaranteed. To explore clinical apprentice mode suited to the characteristics of the medical students education, improve the medical students clinical thinking ability, a medical school to reform traditional clinical apprentice mode exploration, arrangement of medical students to choose from origin of student hospitals in clinical practice for 2 weeks. Through the questionnaire survey to understand practice effect, the results showed the medical interns of clinical thinking ability improving, the teaching effect is good. Confirmed from hospital apprentice mode suitable for medical students' clinical practice, to explore a new mode of clinical practice to provide a theoretical basis.
