目的：通过对螺旋C T与X线心胸比值测量对照研究，探讨螺旋C T在心胸比值的临床运用价值，是临床检查中另一手段。方法：对300例螺旋C T及X线胸部检查结果，分别进行心胸比值测定，一对一进行对照，对测量结果进行统计学分析，比较其异同。结果：二者对比无显著性差异( p>0.05)。结论：螺旋CT心胸比值测定为临床诊断、鉴别诊断提供新的途径，提高诊断的准确性，为丰富临床诊疗。
목적：통과대라선C T여X선심흉비치측량대조연구，탐토라선C T재심흉비치적림상운용개치，시림상검사중령일수단。방법：대300례라선C T급X선흉부검사결과，분별진행심흉비치측정，일대일진행대조，대측량결과진행통계학분석，비교기이동。결과：이자대비무현저성차이( p>0.05)。결론：라선CT심흉비치측정위림상진단、감별진단제공신적도경，제고진단적준학성，위봉부림상진료。
