目的：探讨Ezrin蛋白和iNOS在正常胃粘膜、不典型增生、胃癌组织中的表达情况，分析其相关性以及与胃癌生物学特性的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测45例胃癌组织、25例不典型增生胃粘膜和20例正常胃粘膜中Ezrin蛋白、iNOS的表达并加以分析。结果①Ezrin蛋白和iNOS在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为77.8%和73.3%，明显高于正常胃粘膜和不典型增生组(P<0.001)。②Ezrin蛋白、iNOS的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移/远处转移有关(P<0.05)，与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。③Ezrin蛋白与iNOS的表达呈正相关(r=0.403，P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin蛋白、iNOS在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的发生、侵袭和淋巴结转移有关，二者联合检测可能成为预测胃癌转移及预后的指标。
목적：탐토Ezrin단백화iNOS재정상위점막、불전형증생、위암조직중적표체정황，분석기상관성이급여위암생물학특성적관계。방법채용면역조화법검측45례위암조직、25례불전형증생위점막화20례정상위점막중Ezrin단백、iNOS적표체병가이분석。결과①Ezrin단백화iNOS재위암조직중적양성표체솔분별위77.8%화73.3%，명현고우정상위점막화불전형증생조(P<0.001)。②Ezrin단백、iNOS적표체수평여종류적침윤심도、분화정도급유무림파결전이/원처전이유관(P<0.05)，여성별、년령급종류대소무관(P>0.05)。③Ezrin단백여iNOS적표체정정상관(r=0.403，P<0.05)。결론 Ezrin단백、iNOS재위암중적표체여위암적발생、침습화림파결전이유관，이자연합검측가능성위예측위암전이급예후적지표。
Objective To detect the expression of Ezrin protein and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase( iNOS ) in normal gastric mucosa, dysplasia and gastric carcinoma, and to explore its relationship with tumor biology characters.Methods The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS in 45 specimens of gastric cancer,25 specimens of gastric dysplasia and 20 specimens of normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ①In gastric carcinoma, the positive expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were 77.8% and 73.3%respectively which higher than that in normal gastric tissues and gastric dysplasia (P<0.001).②The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were related to the tumor invasion depth,the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis (P<0.05 ),but theses were not related to gender, age and tumor diameter(P>0.05). ③ The expression of Ezrin protein was positively correlated to that of iNOS in gastric carcinoma (r=0.403, p<0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were correlated to development, invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Joint examination of these two parameters is useful for forecast metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
