目的：观察一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法：以我科从2010年7月-2013年6月收治的87例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析，实施一次性根治术，观察临床治疗效果。结果：一次性根治术成功率为100％，患者创面愈合时间平均（15.3±3.6）天，康复期间无严重水肿和渗出，疼痛大幅度减轻，复发率低。结论：一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿临床效果较好，临床配合术后中药辨证治疗效果更佳，应用价值高，利于保护患者术后肛管直肠功能。

목적：관찰일차성근치술치료항주농종적림상효과。방법：이아과종2010년7월-2013년6월수치적87례항주농종환자위연구대상진행회고성분석，실시일차성근치술，관찰림상치료효과。결과：일차성근치술성공솔위100％，환자창면유합시간평균（15.3±3.6）천，강복기간무엄중수종화삼출，동통대폭도감경，복발솔저。결론：일차성근치술치료항주농종림상효과교호，림상배합술후중약변증치료효과경가，응용개치고，리우보호환자술후항관직장공능。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of primary radical operation in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods: in our department from 87 cases of perianal abscess treated from 2010July to 2013 June were analyzed retrospectively for research object, the implementation of a one-time radical operation, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results: onestage radical operation success rate was 100%, the wound healing time averaged (15.3 ± 3.6) days, without severe edema and exudation during rehabilitation, greatly reduce pain, low recurrence rate. Conclusion: the clinical effect of primary radical operation in the treatment of perianal abscess patients with better,clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine after operation, high application value, conducive to the protection of patients after anorectal function.
