探讨改良B-lynch缝合术与经典B-lynch缝合术在处理凶险性前置胎盘中的疗效比较。方法：回顾分析2008年1月至2013年12月在我院就诊的诊断凶险性前置胎盘病例共149例，在产妇及家属知`情同意的前提下分别采取改良B-lynch缝合术与经典B-lynch缝合术进行治疗，分为2组：(1)改良B-lynch缝合术组，共75例，于剖宫产术中在胎儿娩出后予行改良B-lynch缝合术；(2)经典B-lynch缝合术，共74例，比较两组病例术中出血量﹑手术时间﹑产后出血量及术后恢复情况。结果：改良B-lynch缝合组术中出血量﹑手术时间﹑产后出血量，明显少于经典B-lynch缝合组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；改良 B-lynch缝合组的术后恢复情况，如术后血性恶露持续时间﹑体温恢复正常时间﹑术后月经恢复时间及月经量和经典B-lynch缝合组组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：通过比较，改良B-lynch缝合对治疗凶险性前置胎盘治疗效果更确切，具有止血迅速﹑减少子宫切除机会﹑减少产后出血量等优点，且术后无明显并发症，值得推广。
탐토개량B-lynch봉합술여경전B-lynch봉합술재처리흉험성전치태반중적료효비교。방법：회고분석2008년1월지2013년12월재아원취진적진단흉험성전치태반병례공149례，재산부급가속지`정동의적전제하분별채취개량B-lynch봉합술여경전B-lynch봉합술진행치료，분위2조：(1)개량B-lynch봉합술조，공75례，우부궁산술중재태인면출후여행개량B-lynch봉합술；(2)경전B-lynch봉합술，공74례，비교량조병례술중출혈량﹑수술시간﹑산후출혈량급술후회복정황。결과：개량B-lynch봉합조술중출혈량﹑수술시간﹑산후출혈량，명현소우경전B-lynch봉합조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；개량 B-lynch봉합조적술후회복정황，여술후혈성악로지속시간﹑체온회복정상시간﹑술후월경회복시간급월경량화경전B-lynch봉합조조무명현통계학차이(P>0.05)。결론：통과비교，개량B-lynch봉합대치료흉험성전치태반치료효과경학절，구유지혈신속﹑감소자궁절제궤회﹑감소산후출혈량등우점，차술후무명현병발증，치득추엄。
Objective: To investigate the modified B-lynch suture and B-lynch suture in treatment of dangerous placenta previa. Methods: retrospective analysis of 2008 January to 2013 December in our hospital diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa in 149 cases, mothers and their families' consent under the premise that adopted the modified B-lynch suture and B-lynch suture for treatment, divided into 2 groups: (1) the modified B-lynch suture group, CO in 75 cases, in cesarean section treated by the modified B-lynch suture in the fetus after delivery; (2) the classical B-lynch suture, a total of 74 cases, weight, operation time, hemorrhage volume and postoperative recovery, bleeding compared two groups of patients in the results: bleeding volume, operation time, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage the modified B-lynch suture group operation, significantly less than the classic B-lynch suture group, the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05); the recovery of modified B-lynch suture group after operation, such as postoperative lochia rubra duration, body temperature returned to normal time, postoperative recovery time of menstruation and menstrual volume and classic B-lynch suture group was no significant the difference (P>0.05), conclusion: by comparison, the improved B-lynch suture on the effect of the treatment of dangerous placenta previa treated more exact, with quick hemostasis, reduce hysterectomy opportunity, reduction of postpartum hemorrhage The advantages, and no obvious complications, worthy of promotion.
