目的：对不同手术时机治疗梗阻性结肠癌的临床效果进行分析与对比。方法：2007年4月-2014年3月在我院接受治疗的94例梗阻性结肠癌患者，急诊手术36例，择期手术58例，即择期手术组与急诊手术组，对两组患者不同手术时机的治疗效果分析评估。结果：相比于急诊手术患者，择期手术患者实施结肠癌I期切除吻合术具有较高比例，行造口术与回结肠吻合术的比例却比较低，两组患者切口感染﹑吻合口瘘﹑死亡率以及切口感染相比，急诊手术组明显高于择期手术组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：在治疗梗阻性结肠癌前，对患者实施择期手术保守治疗，具有明显的治疗效果，值得临床应用与推广。
목적：대불동수술시궤치료경조성결장암적림상효과진행분석여대비。방법：2007년4월-2014년3월재아원접수치료적94례경조성결장암환자，급진수술36례，택기수술58례，즉택기수술조여급진수술조，대량조환자불동수술시궤적치료효과분석평고。결과：상비우급진수술환자，택기수술환자실시결장암I기절제문합술구유교고비례，행조구술여회결장문합술적비례각비교저，량조환자절구감염﹑문합구루﹑사망솔이급절구감염상비，급진수술조명현고우택기수술조，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론：재치료경조성결장암전，대환자실시택기수술보수치료，구유명현적치료효과，치득림상응용여추엄。
Objective:To analyze and compare the effect and complications of different surgical timing for patients with obstructive colon cancer. Methods:From April 2007 to March 2014, 94 cases with obstructive colon cancer patients were divied into two groups, of which 36 cases was of emergency, 58 cases was of elective surgical procedures. We analyze the effect and the complications within two groups. Result:Compared to the emergency surgery, elective surgery has a high proportion in the line colostomy surgery and low in fistula. The proportion of the two groups of patients with infection of incision, anastomotic fistula, mortality and infection of incision, compared to emergency surgery group. It is significantly higher than elective surgery group (p<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of obstructive colon cancer before undergoing elective surgery for patients with conservative treatment, has obvious treatment effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
