目的：探讨如何提高医务人员对锐器伤的重视，提高锐器伤上报数，进一步提高医务人员的职业防护知识水平，加强和规范防护行为，减少职业危害，保证其健康并提高工作质量。方法：对所在医院医务人员锐器伤上报低的原因进行分析，并改进上报流程﹑改善锐器伤后处理流程。结果：我院积极探索，采取各种措施，2年后，医务人员锐器伤上报意识和正确防护和处置有明显提高，降低了医务人员的身心伤害。

목적：탐토여하제고의무인원대예기상적중시，제고예기상상보수，진일보제고의무인원적직업방호지식수평，가강화규범방호행위，감소직업위해，보증기건강병제고공작질량。방법：대소재의원의무인원예기상상보저적원인진행분석，병개진상보류정﹑개선예기상후처리류정。결과：아원적겁탐색，채취각충조시，2년후，의무인원예기상상보의식화정학방호화처치유명현제고，강저료의무인원적신심상해。
objective: to study how to improve the medical staff to the attention of the sharp injury, improve the sharp injury in the count off, to further improve the level of medical staff occupational protection knowledge, strengthen and standardize the protective actions, reduce occupational hazards, ensure their health and improve the quality of work. Methods:the hospital medical staff this paper analyzes the causes of sharp injury reporting low, report and improve processes, improve various post-processing process. Results: our hospital actively explore, and take various measures, two years later, the medical staff sharp injury report consciousness and right protection and disposal have improved obviously, reduce the medical staff's physical and mental damage.
