目的:探讨甲巯咪唑致不良反应(ADR)的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选择近年来我院收集的甲巯咪唑不良反应报告及2013年6-12月因服用甲巯咪唑出现不适症状来我院服131碘治疗的住院患者共计188例,收集患者性别﹑年龄﹑不良反应情况等信息资料,并对其进行统计分析。结果:188例ADR中,男性60例(31.91%),女性128例(68.09%),男﹑女比例为1:2.13。粒细胞减少及肝功能异常为甲巯咪唑最常见的不良反应,分别占全部不良反应的45.74%及46.81%,而粒细胞缺乏为其严重不良反应。结论:甲巯咪唑是治疗甲亢的一线治疗药物,但其不良反应不容忽视。在服药期间须定期检测血象及肝功能,以得到有效治疗的目的。

목적:탐토갑구미서치불량반응(ADR)적정황,위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법:선택근년래아원수집적갑구미서불량반응보고급2013년6-12월인복용갑구미서출현불괄증상래아원복131전치료적주원환자공계188례,수집환자성별﹑년령﹑불량반응정황등신식자료,병대기진행통계분석。결과:188례ADR중,남성60례(31.91%),녀성128례(68.09%),남﹑녀비례위1:2.13。립세포감소급간공능이상위갑구미서최상견적불량반응,분별점전부불량반응적45.74%급46.81%,이립세포결핍위기엄중불량반응。결론:갑구미서시치료갑항적일선치료약물,단기불량반응불용홀시。재복약기간수정기검측혈상급간공능,이득도유효치료적목적。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate adverse drug reaction (ADR) of Methimazole, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS: A total of 188 cases ADR of methimazole were selected in our hospital. Some cases came from the ADR reports in recent years, and the others were the hospitalized patients who must take 131I treatment due to appear unwel symptoms of methimzole from June to December 2013. To analyze statistical y in respect of gender, age, adverse reactions, etc. RESULTS: Among 188 cases, there were 60 males (31.91%) and 128 females (68.09%), and the ratio of male to female was 1: 2.13. The main ADR of methimzole involved granulocytopenia (45.74%) and abnormal liver function (46.81%), and granulocytopenia was the serious adverse reaction. CONCLUSIONS: Methimzole is the first-line treatment drug of hyperthyroidism, but its adverse reaction cannot be ignored. Hemogram and liver function should be regularly checked when taking medicine, in order to get the goal of effective treatment.
