目的：研究颈椎间盘突出症的辨证分型，供中医正对性治疗参考。方法：收集60例颈椎间盘突出症患者，参照1990年邓铁涛主编《中医证候规范》，进行辩证分型。结果：29例湿阻中焦，痰瘀内阻；31例肝胆湿热，痰瘀内阻；其中痰瘀内阻有轻重，湿阻中焦有化热和偏寒之分，肝胆湿热有热盛伤阴。结论：颈椎间盘突出症以痰瘀内阻为基本病机，兼湿阻中焦或肝胆湿热两个证型。

목적：연구경추간반돌출증적변증분형，공중의정대성치료삼고。방법：수집60례경추간반돌출증환자，삼조1990년산철도주편《중의증후규범》，진행변증분형。결과：29례습조중초，담어내조；31례간담습열，담어내조；기중담어내조유경중，습조중초유화열화편한지분，간담습열유열성상음。결론：경추간반돌출증이담어내조위기본병궤，겸습조중초혹간담습열량개증형。
Purpose: Research syndromes of herniation of cervical disc in order to provide reference for Chinese medicine targeted treatment. Method: Col ected 60 cases of herniation of cervical disc and consulted Deng Tietao’s <<Syndromes Specification of Chinese Medicine>> which published in 1990 for differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome. Result: 29 cases of damp blockage of middle energizer, phlegm and blood stasis resistance; 31 cases of hepatochlic hygropyrexia, phlegm and blood stasis resistance. Phlegm and blood stasis resistance has relative importance. Damp blockage of middle energizer has difference between hot and cold. Hepatochlic hygropyrexia has impairment of yin by blood-heat. Conclusion: herniation of cervical disc with phlegm and blood stasis resistance as basic pathogenesis, as wel as damp blockage of middle energizer and hepatochlic hygropyrexia.
