目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌淋巴道转移的MSCT征象与VEGF-C,VEGFR-3表达的关系。方法:搜集40例经手术病理证实的非小细胞癌和18例肺良性病变,术前行MSCT扫描,术后对标本行VEGF-C,VEGFR-3免疫组化染色,分析肺癌淋巴道转移的MSCT表现与VEGF-C,VEGFR-3表达关系。结果:非小细胞癌组VEGF-C阳性率62.5%(25/40)和LVD水平(11.67±2.93)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),淋巴结转移阳性组VEGF-C阳性率90%(18/40)及LVD水平(18.54±3.28)均高于淋巴结阴性组(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF-C高表达与淋巴管生成及淋巴结转移存在明显相关性。

목적:탐토비소세포폐암림파도전이적MSCT정상여VEGF-C,VEGFR-3표체적관계。방법:수집40례경수술병리증실적비소세포암화18례폐량성병변,술전행MSCT소묘,술후대표본행VEGF-C,VEGFR-3면역조화염색,분석폐암림파도전이적MSCT표현여VEGF-C,VEGFR-3표체관계。결과:비소세포암조VEGF-C양성솔62.5%(25/40)화LVD수평(11.67±2.93)균현저고우대조조(P<0.01),림파결전이양성조VEGF-C양성솔90%(18/40)급LVD수평(18.54±3.28)균고우림파결음성조(P<0.01)。결론:VEGF-C고표체여림파관생성급림파결전이존재명현상관성。
Objective: Explore the relationships between quantified MSCT from the lymphatic metastasis of lung cancer and pathology/ VEGF-C expression. Methods: Col ected 40 cases of surgical y excised and pathological y confirmed non-smal celllung cancer and 18 cases of benign tissue. MSCT scanned before surgery, and after surgery, specimens of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 were col ected for immunohistology staining. Then analyzed the relationships between quantified MSCT from the lymphatic metastasis of lung cancer and VEGF-C expression. Results: Non-smal cellcarcinoma positive rates of VEGF-C, LVD were significantly higher (P <0.01), and lymph node metastasis group positive rate of VEGF-C and LVD was higher than node-negative group. Conclusion: High expression of VEGF-C and lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated.
