目的：通过对2014年3～4月宜宾五粮液集团男性职工泌尿生殖系统疾病健康体检结果分析，了解企业男性泌尿生殖系统疾病流行因素，为开展相关疾病医疗保健工作提供科学依据。方法：收集整理3885名男性职工体检资料，对泌尿生殖系统疾病的体检结果进行分析。结果：参加体检人数3885例，查出各种男性泌尿生殖系统疾病643例，患病率16.5%。泌尿生殖系统疾病发生率居前三位的依次为包茎或包皮过长(3.76%)，前列腺增生(3.04%)和前列腺结石(2.96%)。各年龄组的患病分类情况有差异(P <0.01)。结论：泌尿生殖系统疾病是影响宜宾五粮液集团男性职工健康的重要因素，坚持定期进行男性泌尿生殖系统体检，提高男性泌尿生殖保健意识，是保护男性职工身体健康的重要内容，有效降低男性泌尿生殖系统疾病的患病率。
목적：통과대2014년3～4월의빈오량액집단남성직공비뇨생식계통질병건강체검결과분석，료해기업남성비뇨생식계통질병류행인소，위개전상관질병의료보건공작제공과학의거。방법：수집정리3885명남성직공체검자료，대비뇨생식계통질병적체검결과진행분석。결과：삼가체검인수3885례，사출각충남성비뇨생식계통질병643례，환병솔16.5%。비뇨생식계통질병발생솔거전삼위적의차위포경혹포피과장(3.76%)，전렬선증생(3.04%)화전렬선결석(2.96%)。각년령조적환병분류정황유차이(P <0.01)。결론：비뇨생식계통질병시영향의빈오량액집단남성직공건강적중요인소，견지정기진행남성비뇨생식계통체검，제고남성비뇨생식보건의식，시보호남성직공신체건강적중요내용，유효강저남성비뇨생식계통질병적환병솔。
To understand the present situation of genitourinary diseases of male workers in YibinWuliangye Group, and discuss with the future focus on prevention and treatment. Methods:Col ected 3,885 male workers physical examination data during March to April, 2014, analyze the results of the genitourinary diseases. Results:Identified 643 cases with genitourinary disease out of 3885 cases. The prevalence was 16.5%. The top three of the incidence of genitourinary diseases was phimosis or prepuce (3.76%), benign prostatic hyperplasia (3.04%), and prostate stones (2.96%). The prevalence of each age group classification was significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion:Genitourinary disease isan important factor affecting male workers’ health from YibinWuliangye Group. It is important to protect the health of the male workers, and reduce the prevalence of the male genitourinary diseases via insisting on periodic physical examination of the male genitourinary system and raising awareness of male genitourinary health.
