以需求为牵引的任职岗位课程教学模式就是紧紧围绕需求这一目标,以设计者的角度出发,以点带面全面阐述专业设备课的实施过程。在教学过程中学员全程参与探讨,教员提出问题,学员分析问题,最后教员和学员共同归纳得出结论来解决问题,提高学员的学习积极性、分析问题和解决问题的能力,为以后的岗位任职打下坚实的基础。

The post course teaching mode with the demand as traction is the implementation process of closely around the demand goal, starting from the perspective of designer, formulating the professional equipment class from the point to surface. Students participate in the process of teaching, teachers ask questions, and students analyzes problems, at last the teachers and students draw the conclusion to solve the problem together, which can improve the students' study enthusiasm and the ability to analyze and solve problems, and also can lay a solid foundation for future jobs.
