构建了食品营养与检测专业实践教学体系的基本框架。以职业能力与素质培养为核心,构建实践教学目标体系;以实践教学活动为主线,探索建立了“2模块+6环节+5技能”的实践教学内容体系,重点培养学生食品分析检测及质量安全控制技能;以提高实践教学质量为目的,建立了“制度管理与运行管理”并重的质量管理机制及“教学信息反馈机制与教学督导机制”并行的实践教学管理与监督体系;以教师为主体,以加强师资队伍建设、加大实践基地建设力度为主要途径构建实践教学的保障体系;以就业能力为标准,构建实践教学的质量评价体系。
構建瞭食品營養與檢測專業實踐教學體繫的基本框架。以職業能力與素質培養為覈心,構建實踐教學目標體繫;以實踐教學活動為主線,探索建立瞭“2模塊+6環節+5技能”的實踐教學內容體繫,重點培養學生食品分析檢測及質量安全控製技能;以提高實踐教學質量為目的,建立瞭“製度管理與運行管理”併重的質量管理機製及“教學信息反饋機製與教學督導機製”併行的實踐教學管理與鑑督體繫;以教師為主體,以加彊師資隊伍建設、加大實踐基地建設力度為主要途徑構建實踐教學的保障體繫;以就業能力為標準,構建實踐教學的質量評價體繫。

This paper constructed the basic framework of practice teaching system in food nutrition and detection major . Such as constructing practice teaching target system with occupation ability and quality cultivation as the core ;with prac-tical teaching activities as the main line , exploring the establishment of the practical teaching system of "2 module +6 link +5 skills of students"and cultivating students ’ food analysis and detection and quality safety control skills;in order to improve the quality of practice teaching , establishing a quality management mechanism of emphasizing both on system and operation , and a practice teaching management and supervision system of paralleling teaching information feedback mechanism and the teaching supervision mechanism;with the teacher as the main body , strengthening the construction of teachers'team, and the practice base construction as the main way to construct the safeguard system of practice teaching ;with the employment ability as the standard , constructing the quality evaluation system of practice teaching .
