用恒流泵按不同的流量将浓度为20％高粱乳液（pH6．025）泵入固定化糖化酶-酵母菌填充量为50％的填充床生物反应器，在28℃条件下连续发酵，测得该连续发酵系统动力学参数是：酵母菌的比生长速率为0．524 h-1，细胞对基质的得率系数为0．0516，酒精生成动力学常数为40．291。

Constant flow pump according to different flow pumped concentration of 20%sorghum emulsion ( pH6.025) into the packed bed bioreactor with immobilized glucoamylase -yeast filling amount to 50%, and fermented continuously at 28 ℃.The kinetic parameters was also received:the ratio of yeast growth velocity was 0.524 h-1,coefficient of cells to substrate was 0.0516, coefficient of ethanol to yeast cells was 40.291.
