采用GDX-102气相色谱玻璃填充柱直接进样、氢火焰光度检测器( FID)测定,建立了一种用气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇和杂醇油含量的分析方法。精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD):甲醇是2.03%、异丁醇是2.35%、异戊醇是1.05%,检出限:甲醇是0.00005g/100mL、异丁醇是0.00004g/100mL、异戊醇是0.00002g/100mL,样品加标平均回收率在91.7%~97.3%之间,并且甲醇及杂醇油浓度在0.00~1.00g/L内有很好的线性范围,相关系数均在0.9990以上,实验结果表明该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于白酒中甲醇和杂醇油的同时分析测定。

A determination method of methanol and fusel oils in Chinese spirits by gas chromatography was established , direct injection mode and GDX -102 glass packed column were used for determination by gas chromatography equipped with hydrogen flame photometric detector (F ID).The relative standard deviation (RSD) in precision:Methanol is 2.03 percent, 2-butanol is 2.35 percent, and 2-pentanol is 1.05 percent.The detection limit: Methanol is 0.00005 g /100 mL, 2-butanol is 0.00004 g /100 mL, 2-pentanol is 0.00002 g /100 mL, sample increase in the average recov-eries is 91.7%~97.3%.And the determination method provides a good linear response ( ≥0.9990) when the concen-tration of methanol and fusel oils is 0.00~1.00 g/L.Experimental results show that the method is simple , fast, and accurate and is suitable to determine methanol and fusel oils in Chinese spirits simultaneously .
