本研究采用PCR-SSCP技术，对100只淮南麻鸭的IGF-Ⅰ基因的单核苷酸多态性进行研究，发现存在1个多态性位点，表现出3种基因型（ AA、AB和BB）。经适合性χ2检测，该位点处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。方差分析结果显示，淮南麻鸭初生至4周龄体重，3种基因型差异不显著，而之后的5周龄至9周龄体重为AA和AB型差异显著，AA型和AB型均明显优于BB型，9周龄时AA基因型比AB和BB基因型分别重88．71g和142．18g。证实该位点A等位基因可能与淮南麻鸭的体重呈正相关。
본연구채용PCR-SSCP기술，대100지회남마압적IGF-Ⅰ기인적단핵감산다태성진행연구，발현존재1개다태성위점，표현출3충기인형（ AA、AB화BB）。경괄합성χ2검측，해위점처우Hardy-Weinberg평형상태。방차분석결과현시，회남마압초생지4주령체중，3충기인형차이불현저，이지후적5주령지9주령체중위AA화AB형차이현저，AA형화AB형균명현우우BB형，9주령시AA기인형비AB화BB기인형분별중88．71g화142．18g。증실해위점A등위기인가능여회남마압적체중정정상관。
In the study, the single nucleotide polymorphisms of insulin -like growth factor Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) gene in Hua-inan duck was detected by PCR -SSCP method , and a polymorphic site was detected , it showed 3 genotypes ( AA, AB and BB).χ2 test results showed the population was in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium in this locus .According to variance analysis, it was indicated 3 genotypes had no significant difference from birth to 4 weeks day, AA and BB genotype had significant difference from 5 to 9 weeks day , and all were superior to BB genotype in Huainan duck .The AA genotype was heavier than AB genotype 88.71g, and was heavier than BB genotype 142.18g in Huainan duck.It was proved that a site allele maybe positively correlated with weight in Huainan duck .
