目的:研究并优化荷叶生物碱的提取工艺。方法采用酸提碱沉提取结合有机溶剂萃取纯化的方法从荷叶中提取生物碱。并通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究pH值、提取温度、提取时间、固液比等条件对荷叶生物碱提取的影响,优化工艺提取条件。结果荷叶生物碱的最佳提取工艺:提取温度90℃,pH值2.5,提取时间2h,固液比1∶15。采用此条件提取的荷叶生物碱纯度为73.4%。提取温度、pH值对提取率影响显著。结论该荷叶生物碱的提取纯化工艺简单,成本低,提取效率高。
目的:研究併優化荷葉生物堿的提取工藝。方法採用痠提堿沉提取結閤有機溶劑萃取純化的方法從荷葉中提取生物堿。併通過單因素試驗和正交試驗,研究pH值、提取溫度、提取時間、固液比等條件對荷葉生物堿提取的影響,優化工藝提取條件。結果荷葉生物堿的最佳提取工藝:提取溫度90℃,pH值2.5,提取時間2h,固液比1∶15。採用此條件提取的荷葉生物堿純度為73.4%。提取溫度、pH值對提取率影響顯著。結論該荷葉生物堿的提取純化工藝簡單,成本低,提取效率高。
목적:연구병우화하협생물감적제취공예。방법채용산제감침제취결합유궤용제췌취순화적방법종하협중제취생물감。병통과단인소시험화정교시험,연구pH치、제취온도、제취시간、고액비등조건대하협생물감제취적영향,우화공예제취조건。결과하협생물감적최가제취공예:제취온도90℃,pH치2.5,제취시간2h,고액비1∶15。채용차조건제취적하협생물감순도위73.4%。제취온도、pH치대제취솔영향현저。결론해하협생물감적제취순화공예간단,성본저,제취효솔고。
Objective To optimize the extraction and purification technology of alkaloid from lotus leaf . Methods Alkaloid was extracted from lotus leaf by acid extraction and alkaline deposition combined with organic solvent extraction and purification .And the extraction conditions were optimized through single factor test and or-thogonal experiment .Results The optimum condition for extraction was summarized ,namely ,extracting temp .90℃ ,pH value 2 .5 ,duration of extraction 2h and solid to liquid ratio 1:15 .Conclusion The extraction and purifi-cation technology of alkaloid was simple ,high efficiency and affordable with convenient source of materials .
