目的:建立红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中多糖的含量测定方法,并对不同批次红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量进行测定及比较。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量,3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定还原糖的含量,取两者差值为多糖含量,以测定红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量。结果:15批浙江产红腺忍冬叶水提液中多糖含量为5.045~12.348 mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉淀后滤液中多糖含量为4.880~11.944mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉淀物中多糖含量为0.015~0.119 mg/mL。结论:建立的多糖测定方法简单、准确、适用性良好,可用于红腺忍冬叶抗氧化有效部位中多糖含量的测定。
目的:建立紅腺忍鼕葉抗氧化有效部位中多糖的含量測定方法,併對不同批次紅腺忍鼕葉抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量進行測定及比較。方法:採用苯酚-硫痠法測定總糖含量,3,5-二硝基水楊痠法測定還原糖的含量,取兩者差值為多糖含量,以測定紅腺忍鼕葉抗氧化有效部位中的多糖含量。結果:15批浙江產紅腺忍鼕葉水提液中多糖含量為5.045~12.348 mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉澱後濾液中多糖含量為4.880~11.944mg/mL,水提液30%乙醇沉澱物中多糖含量為0.015~0.119 mg/mL。結論:建立的多糖測定方法簡單、準確、適用性良好,可用于紅腺忍鼕葉抗氧化有效部位中多糖含量的測定。
목적:건립홍선인동협항양화유효부위중다당적함량측정방법,병대불동비차홍선인동협항양화유효부위중적다당함량진행측정급비교。방법:채용분분-류산법측정총당함량,3,5-이초기수양산법측정환원당적함량,취량자차치위다당함량,이측정홍선인동협항양화유효부위중적다당함량。결과:15비절강산홍선인동협수제액중다당함량위5.045~12.348 mg/mL,수제액30%을순침정후려액중다당함량위4.880~11.944mg/mL,수제액30%을순침정물중다당함량위0.015~0.119 mg/mL。결론:건립적다당측정방법간단、준학、괄용성량호,가용우홍선인동협항양화유효부위중다당함량적측정。
Objective:To establish a method for the quantitative determination of polysaccharide in antioxidant effective fraction of the Leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq, and to study the comparison of the content of polysaccharide in different batches with the method . Methods:The content of total sugar was determined by phenol -sulfuric acid method, while reducing sugar was determined by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method .The content of polysaccharide was the differential value between total sugar and reducing sugar by detec -ting it in antioxidant effective fraction of the leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.Results: The contents of polysaccharide of leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.in 15 batches from Zhejiang province were 5.045~12.348mg/mL in water extraction, 4.880~11.944mg/mL in the filtrate of 30%ethanol precipitating action , 0.015~0.119mg/mL in the precipitation of 30%ethanol precipitating action . Conclusions:The method is simple , accurate and suitable for the determination and comparison of the contents of polysaccharide in an -tioxidant effective fraction of the Leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.
