采用超声波辅助法提取樱桃李籽油.通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取液配比对樱桃李籽油得率的影响.结果表明,各因素对樱桃李籽油得率的影响大小依次为:液料比>提取时间>提取温度>提取液配比;樱桃李籽油的较佳提取工艺条件为提取液配比60%、料液比12mL·g-1、提取时间15min、提取温度50℃,在该条件下樱桃李籽油得率45.52%,所得油脂澄清、透明,呈黄色.

The kernel oil from Prunus divaricata was extracted by the ultrasonic-assisted solvent. Effects of extraction solvent, extraction temperature and time, ratio of liquid to material, extract ratio on the yield of Prunus divaricatakernel oil were investigated by single-factor test and orthogonal design. The results showed that the first factor affecting extractor productivity was the ratio of liquid to material. The second and the third ones were extraction time and temperature respectively. The last one was extract ratio. The yield of Prunus divaricatakernel oil was 45.52% on the optimal extraction conditions, which were liquid -solid ratio 12 mL·g-1, extract ratio 60%, ultrasonic treatment time 15 min and temperature 50℃, and the product showed to be clear, transparent, and yellow.
