目的：探讨中医临床路径在湿疮病患者中的应用效果。方法：对40例湿疮病住院患者按照中医临床路径实施医疗和护理，并与对照组的40例从临床疗效分析、健康教育知识掌握情况、平均住院天数、住院费用以及综合满意度等方面进行比较。结果：中医临床路径组（试验组）患者的临床皮损改善状况、健康教育知识掌握情况、住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度均明显优于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论：中医临床路径作为一种医疗护理工作新模式，可以提高医疗护理质量和工作效率，减少患者的住院天数，降低住院费用，提升患者满意度。
목적：탐토중의림상로경재습창병환자중적응용효과。방법：대40례습창병주원환자안조중의림상로경실시의료화호리，병여대조조적40례종림상료효분석、건강교육지식장악정황、평균주원천수、주원비용이급종합만의도등방면진행비교。결과：중의림상로경조（시험조）환자적림상피손개선상황、건강교육지식장악정황、주원천수、주원비용、환자만의도균명현우우대조조（ P＜0．01）。결론：중의림상로경작위일충의료호리공작신모식，가이제고의료호리질량화공작효솔，감소환자적주원천수，강저주원비용，제승환자만의도。
Objective:To discuss the applied effect of clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine in eczema patients . Methods:40 hospitalized patients who suffered from eczema were conducted with medical and nursing programs accord -ing to the clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine as the test group , and the other 40 patients were conducted with nursing of traditional scheme as the control group , then judge the curative effect according to the clinical analysis , grasp situation of health educational knowledge , average hospitalization days , hospitalization expenses and comprehensive sat-isfaction, etc.Results:Various aspects of patients in TCM clinical path group (test group) were all better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM clinical path,as a new model of medical and nursing work , can im-prove the quality of medical care and work efficiency , reduce the number of days of hospitalized patients , reduce the cost of hospitalization and improve satisfaction among patients .
