目的：观察辨证中药结合艾灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将46例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者（属脾胃虚弱型）按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组1和对照组2，治疗组16例，对照组各15例，治疗组采用辨证中药健脾养胃化瘀方口服联合艾灸治疗，对照组1予健脾养胃化瘀方口服，对照组2予胃复春片口服，疗程均为3月。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组的临床证候疗效及组织学疗效均较好，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：药灸结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效好。
목적：관찰변증중약결합애구치료만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법：장46례만성위축성위염환자（속비위허약형）안수궤수자표법분위치료조、대조조1화대조조2，치료조16례，대조조각15례，치료조채용변증중약건비양위화어방구복연합애구치료，대조조1여건비양위화어방구복，대조조2여위복춘편구복，료정균위3월。결과：여대조조상비，치료조적림상증후료효급조직학료효균교호，차이유현저성의의（P＜0．05）。결론：약구결합치료만성위축성위염료효호。
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 46 cases diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach pa-tients were randomly divided into three groups by random number chart , treatment group (16 cases) received traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yangwei Huayu prescription combined with moxibustion .Control group 1 ( 15 cases ) received Jianpi Yangwei Huayu prescription;control group 2 (16 cases) received WeiFuChun tablet ,and the course of treatment was for three months .Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in curative effect on clinical syn-drome and pathology, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion has an advantage for chronic atrophic gastritis .
