The article set the solution recipe, the concentration of solution, the solution temperature and pre-treat time of chemical pretreatment process as the factors of the orthogonal test to design the test method which according to the factor and the level of the test.The best process is achieved, the concentration of NaHSO3 is 8%, the concentration of ( NH4) 2SO4 is 1%, temperature is 75 ℃, pretreatment time is 15 min.
