目的：观察自拟方中药泡洗治疗白蛋白结合型紫杉醇所致周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法：对30例应用含白蛋白结合型紫杉醇方案化疗后出现神经毒性的患者予中药进行泡洗治疗14天。结果：28例患者的周围神经毒性治疗后较前减轻，中位时间为（5．7±1．5）天。所有患者均无不良反应。结论：自拟方中药泡洗治疗能减轻白蛋白结合型紫杉醇所致周围神经毒性。
목적：관찰자의방중약포세치료백단백결합형자삼순소치주위신경독성적림상료효。방법：대30례응용함백단백결합형자삼순방안화료후출현신경독성적환자여중약진행포세치료14천。결과：28례환자적주위신경독성치료후교전감경，중위시간위（5．7±1．5）천。소유환자균무불량반응。결론：자의방중약포세치료능감경백단백결합형자삼순소치주위신경독성。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of soaking -washing with self -designed TCM formula on albumin -bound paclitaxel -induced peripheral neurotoxicity .Methods:The patients ( n=30 ) who suffered peripheral neurotoxici-ty after chemotherapy containing albumin -bound paclitaxel plan were given soaking -washing with self-designed TCM formula for 14 days.Results: Among 30 patients, there were 28 patients who had reached the evaluation standard of cured/effective and the median time was (5.7 ±1.5) days.There were no any adverse reactions observed in all pa-tients.Conclusion:The soaking -washing with self -designed TCM formula has a good curative effect on albumin -bound paclitaxel -induced peripheral neurotoxicity .
