目的:研究地黄饮子对快速老化小鼠P8线粒体通路细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其治疗AD的药效及作用机制。方法:运用RT-PCR检测地黄饮子对SAMP8小鼠Caspase -3、Caspase -9、Apaf -1基因mRNA表达的影响,观察小鼠细胞凋亡情况。结果:地黄饮子能下调海马Caspase-3 mRNA、Caspase -9mRNA、Apaf-1mRNA的表达,且均有统计学意义。结论:地黄饮子可通过对细胞凋亡的线粒体途径的影响,抑制促凋亡基因,减少神经元的丢失,从而改善学习记忆能力。

목적:연구지황음자대쾌속노화소서P8선립체통로세포조망적영향,탐토기치료AD적약효급작용궤제。방법:운용RT-PCR검측지황음자대SAMP8소서Caspase -3、Caspase -9、Apaf -1기인mRNA표체적영향,관찰소서세포조망정황。결과:지황음자능하조해마Caspase-3 mRNA、Caspase -9mRNA、Apaf-1mRNA적표체,차균유통계학의의。결론:지황음자가통과대세포조망적선립체도경적영향,억제촉조망기인,감소신경원적주실,종이개선학습기억능력。
Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamic mechanisms of Di Huang Yin Zi ( DHYZ) on apoptosis of mito-chondrial pathway of senescence accelerated mouse prone 8.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Apaf-1mRNA,Caspase-9mRNA and Caspase-3mRNA.Results:Compared with model group ,DHYZ could decrease the expression of Apaf -1 mRNA, Caspase -9mRNA, Caspase -3mRNA in the hippocampus of SAMP8 mice,which was statistically significant .Conclusion:The apoptotic inhibition of DHYZ for SAMP 8 mice may be through repairing mi-tochondrial damage and decreasing the expression of pro -apoptotic factors to reduce the loss of neurons .
