为了解赣榆县水产养殖环境抗生素耐药基因的传播机制,对从该环境筛选得到的多重耐药细菌进行整合子-基因盒检测,并对底泥环境中微生物群落多样性进行调查。实验发现,在66株被检测的细菌中有42株携带Ⅰ型整合子,Ⅱ型整合子全部呈阴性。基因盒可变区片断PCR扩增,测序结果表明,甲氧苄啶类、氨基糖甙类耐药基因的形成与基因盒捕获有关。整合子-基因盒系统在多重耐药基因传播中起重要作用。16 S rRNA克隆文库分析表明,养殖区底泥微生物群落多样性丰富,为抗性基因的传播提供了广泛宿主。

To investigate the dissemination mechanism of resistance gene in aquaculture environ-ments of Ganyu County,integron-cassettes were determined in 6 6 multidrug resistance isolates and the microbial community diversity of sediments was investigated.Class Ⅰ integrons were present in 42 isolates and classⅡ integrons were negative.By PCR of variable region,the resist-ance to trimethoprim and aminoglycosides were strongly associated with cassettes.The results show that integrons play a maj or role in the spread of multidrug resistance.The diversity of mi-crobial community is rich according to the 16S rRNA gene library,which can provide a broad host for the dissemination of resistance genes.
