目的:分离制备藤黄中化学对照品新藤黄酸。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和制备液相色谱法进行分离、纯化,采用TLC、HPLC进行纯度鉴定,采用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:制备液相法制得新藤黄酸纯度高于98%,符合化学对照品的质量要求。结论:制备液相法制备化学对照品新藤黄酸工艺简单、快速有效,成本低于常规硅胶柱层析。

목적:분리제비등황중화학대조품신등황산。방법:채용규효주층석화제비액상색보법진행분리、순화,채용TLC、HPLC진행순도감정,채용파보법진행결구감정。결과:제비액상법제득신등황산순도고우98%,부합화학대조품적질량요구。결론:제비액상법제비화학대조품신등황산공예간단、쾌속유효,성본저우상규규효주층석。
Objective:To isolate and purify the Neogambogic acid ( NGA) from Gamboge .Methods:The NGA was separa-ted and purified with silica gel chromatographic method and preparative HPLC .The purity was analyzed by TLC and HPLC.The structure of the obtained compound was identified by 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR.Results:The TLC showed the NGA had no impurity spot .The HPLC indicated that its purity reached above 98%.Conclusion:The method of iso-lation and purification for NGA reported in this paper is simple and economical .
