目的：运用超声心动图评价电针内关穴治疗糖尿病心肌病大鼠后心脏功能发生的变化。方法：30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组（10只）、模型组（10只）、治疗组（10只），通过一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（ STZ）建立糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型。治疗组予电针内关穴治疗，8周后运用超声心动图评价糖尿病心肌病大鼠治疗后心功能的改变。结果电针内关穴8周后，与模型组相比，治疗组的左房前后径（LA），左室前后径（LV），室间隔（IVS）及左室后壁厚度（PVPW）明显减小（P＜0．01）；左室收缩功能指标每搏量（SV）、射血分数（EF）、短轴缩短率（PS）明显升高（P＜0．01）；左室舒张功能指标：EF段斜率（MEF）、舒张早期充盈峰值流速（PVE）及PVE/PVA明显升高（P＜0．01），舒张晚期充盈峰值流速PVA明显降低（P＜0．01）。 Tei指数则明显降低（P＜0．05）。结论：电针内关穴治疗糖尿病心肌病可明显改善大鼠心功能，超声心动图可有效评价其疗效。
목적：운용초성심동도평개전침내관혈치료당뇨병심기병대서후심장공능발생적변화。방법：30지웅성Wistar대서수궤분위정상조（10지）、모형조（10지）、치료조（10지），통과일차성복강주사련뇨좌균소（ STZ）건립당뇨병심기병대서모형。치료조여전침내관혈치료，8주후운용초성심동도평개당뇨병심기병대서치료후심공능적개변。결과전침내관혈8주후，여모형조상비，치료조적좌방전후경（LA），좌실전후경（LV），실간격（IVS）급좌실후벽후도（PVPW）명현감소（P＜0．01）；좌실수축공능지표매박량（SV）、사혈분수（EF）、단축축단솔（PS）명현승고（P＜0．01）；좌실서장공능지표：EF단사솔（MEF）、서장조기충영봉치류속（PVE）급PVE/PVA명현승고（P＜0．01），서장만기충영봉치류속PVA명현강저（P＜0．01）。 Tei지수칙명현강저（P＜0．05）。결론：전침내관혈치료당뇨병심기병가명현개선대서심공능，초성심동도가유효평개기료효。
Objective:To evaluate changes of cardiac function by using echocardiography after electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy .Methods:30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(NC),model group and treatment group (10 in each group).Diabetic cardiomyopathy models were repro-duced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ( STZ ) .The treatment group received electroacupuncture Neiguan point therapy ,and evaluate changes of cardiac function by using echocardiography after cardiomyopathy electroa -cupuncture for diabetic rats after eight weeks .Results:After eight weeks electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy ,in the treatment group , left atrium diameter ( LA) , Left ventricular diameter ( LV) , inter-ventricular septum(IVS), Left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PVPW) were much smaller(P<0.01);the parame-ters of systolic function of left ventricular stroke volume (SV),ejection fraction(EF), shortening fraction(PS)were im-proved significantly(P<0.01);the parameters of systolic function of left ventricular stroke volume: EF slope(MEF), early diastolic peak flow velocity (PVE) and PVE/PVA were improved significantly (P<0.01);late diastolic filling peak velocity was much smaller(P<0.01),while the value of Tei index was lower (P<0.05)when compared with those of model group .Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy can improve their heart function ,and echocardiography is an essential tool to evaluate its effect .
