目的：探讨门静脉高压症食管静脉曲张多层螺旋 CT与内镜分级的相关性。方法选择2013年1至5月四川大学华西医院内镜诊断为食管静脉曲张的30例门静脉高压患者。对患者进行内镜分级和多层螺旋CT分级。采用Spearman等级相关分析检验食管静脉曲张多层螺旋CT分级结果与内镜分级结果的相关性。结果30例患者食管静脉曲张内镜分级结果：4例（13％）为轻度曲张，7例（23％）为中度曲张，19例（63％）为重度曲张。多层螺旋CT分级结果：5例（17％）为1级曲张，8例（27％）为2级曲张，17例（57％）为3级曲张。 Spearman等级相关分析结果显示，食管静脉曲张多层螺旋CT和内镜分级结果不具有很好的相关性（r＝0．339，P＞0．05）。结论食管静脉曲张多层螺旋CT与内镜分级不具有很好的相关性，使用多层螺旋CT对食管静脉曲张进行分级的相关标准有待探索。
목적：탐토문정맥고압증식관정맥곡장다층라선 CT여내경분급적상관성。방법선택2013년1지5월사천대학화서의원내경진단위식관정맥곡장적30례문정맥고압환자。대환자진행내경분급화다층라선CT분급。채용Spearman등급상관분석검험식관정맥곡장다층라선CT분급결과여내경분급결과적상관성。결과30례환자식관정맥곡장내경분급결과：4례（13％）위경도곡장，7례（23％）위중도곡장，19례（63％）위중도곡장。다층라선CT분급결과：5례（17％）위1급곡장，8례（27％）위2급곡장，17례（57％）위3급곡장。 Spearman등급상관분석결과현시，식관정맥곡장다층라선CT화내경분급결과불구유흔호적상관성（r＝0．339，P＞0．05）。결론식관정맥곡장다층라선CT여내경분급불구유흔호적상관성，사용다층라선CT대식관정맥곡장진행분급적상관표준유대탐색。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between multidetector CT ( MDCT ) and endoscopic grades for esophageal varices in patients with portal hypertension .Methods A total of 30 patients with portal hypertension diagnosed by endoscopy in West China Hospital Sichuan University from January 2013 to May 2013 were selected. All patients underwent endoscopic and MDCT grades for esophageal varices .Correlation between endoscopic and MDCT grades was detected using Spearman ′s rank correlation test .Results The grades results on endoscopy were as follows:4 cases mild ( 13%) , 7 cases moderate (23%) and 19 cases severe (63%).The grades results on MDCT were as follows:5 cases grade 1 (17%), 8 cases grade 2 (27%) and 17 cases grade 3 (57%).There was no good correlation between endoscopic and MDCT grades with a rank correlation coefficient (r=0.339, P>0.05).Conclusions There is no good correlation between endoscopic and MDCT grades .The MDCT grades for esophageal varices is yet to be explored .
