目的：探讨时间护理在高血压性鼻出血患者中应用的效果。方法将60例高血压性鼻出血患者随机分为实验组（时间护理组）30例和对照组30例。实验组根据患者的心理、生理及病理时间规律特点调整服药时间及护理干预，对照组按传统时间给药及常规护理。比较两组患者及家属对护理人员满意度、焦虑评分及住院时间的差异。结果实验组患者及家属对护理人员满意度高于对照组，实验组患者焦虑评分低于对照组，实验组患者住院天数明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论掌握人体心理、生理、病理的时间节律特点，将时间护理应用于高血压性鼻出血患者的治疗和护理中，能有效提高患者及家属对护理人员的满意度，减少投诉及纠纷发生，降低患者的烦躁、焦虑情绪，缩短患者住院时间，有利于患者的预后。
목적：탐토시간호리재고혈압성비출혈환자중응용적효과。방법장60례고혈압성비출혈환자수궤분위실험조（시간호리조）30례화대조조30례。실험조근거환자적심리、생리급병리시간규률특점조정복약시간급호리간예，대조조안전통시간급약급상규호리。비교량조환자급가속대호리인원만의도、초필평분급주원시간적차이。결과실험조환자급가속대호리인원만의도고우대조조，실험조환자초필평분저우대조조，실험조환자주원천수명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론장악인체심리、생리、병리적시간절률특점，장시간호리응용우고혈압성비출혈환자적치료화호리중，능유효제고환자급가속대호리인원적만의도，감소투소급규분발생，강저환자적번조、초필정서，축단환자주원시간，유리우환자적예후。
Objective To observe the effect of time nursing on nosebleeding patients with hypertension.Methods Sixty nosebleeding patients with hypertension were divided equally into experimental group (time nursing group) and the control group randomly. The adjustment of the time taking medicine and giving nursing intervention was taken according to the patient's psychology, physiological and the pathological time rule in the cases of experimental group, while those in control group received the conventional nursing and took the medicine according to the traditional time rule. Then, compared were the satisfaction to the nursing staff, the score of anxiety and the length of stay between the two groups.Results The satisfaction to the nursing staff of the experimental group patients and their family members was higher than the control group, the score of anxiety for the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the length of stay was shorter (P<0.05).Conclusions Grasping the time rhythm characteristic of the psychology, physiology and the pathology, applying time nursing in hypertension nosebleed patient's treatment and nursing, improved should be satisfaction of the patients and their family members effectively to the nursing staff, reduced suit, avoided the dispute occurring, decreased irritability and anxiety, shorten the length of stay, and favoring recovery of patients.
