目的：总结8小时完成11例接台人工耳蜗植入术的护理配合要点和体会。方法安排两个手术房间，准备两套手术器械和设备，在一组手术医生的情况下将手术护士和麻醉医生分为两组，统筹安排手术资源，优化手术接台流程。结果11例患儿均顺利行人工耳蜗植入术及术中电极阻抗和神经反应测试，平均手术用时(47.27±6.06)分钟，平均接台时间(9.45±1.29)分钟，术后伤口愈合良好，未出现并发症，开机调试均有听觉反应。结论手术室护士熟悉手术过程，密切配合，优化接台手术流程，有利于提高手术效率，缩短患儿术前禁食水和等候时间。

Objective To summarize our nursing cooperating experiences for cochlear implantation surgery in 11 cases within 8 hours.Methods Individuation nursing intervention was applied ,Operation nursers,anithesia doctors and operative apparatus were devided into two groups, Cochlear implantation surgery was performed successfully in 11 cases within 8 hours according to quickly operative process in two operation room.Results Cochlear implantation surgery was performed successfully in 11 cases.The impedance and NRT of all patients were tested in operation room.It took about 47.27±6.06 minutes in average to finish the surgery and it took 9.45±1.29 minutes in average to do the connection for each operation surgerys.No complication was happened and auditory response was well in mapping.Conclusion Operation nurser was familiar with operation procedure and do connecting operation without seamless in close cooperation can help surgeon improve the surgery quality and reduce the patient’fasting diet and waiting time.
